Our journey began in the early 2000s as Eunos Town Council, serving residents in the eastern part of Singapore. In 2001, we transitioned into Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council, adapting to the evolving electoral boundaries and expanding alongside the rapidly developing towns of Pasir Ris and Punggol.

For over two decades, we have proudly supported the growth of our heartlands, guided by a deep commitment to responsive governance and community care. With every shift in our landscape, we have remained focused on delivering high standards of service to residents across the North-East and East.

In 2025, a new chapter began with the formation of the Pasir Ris-Changi Group Representation Constituency (GRC). This brought together the Pasir Ris divisions with parts of the former East Coast GRC–including Loyang, Changi Village, Changi Airport precincts, and Pulau Ubin–into a newly drawn constituency. Reflecting this change, Pasir Ris-Punggol Town Council was restructured and renamed as Pasir Ris-Changi Town Council, marking the start of an exciting new phase in our service to the community.

Today, Pasir Ris-Changi Town Council supports a vibrant and diverse population across Singapore's eastern coast and offshore islands. From scenic waterfronts and growing residential estates to areas rich in history and natural beauty, our Town is home to an increasingly connected and engaged community.

We take pride in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness, safety, and infrastructure that define our shared public spaces—not only within HDB estates but across the broader living environment. Whether upgrading facilities, enhancing accessibility, or preserving the character of our neighbourhoods, our work is guided by the belief that every resident deserves a safe, welcoming, and well-managed town.

Yet our role goes beyond maintenance. We believe in building partnerships-with residents, volunteers, grassroots leaders, and community orga nisations-to co-create solutions and strengthen the bonds that make our town special. Through meaningful engagement and constant improvement, we strive to be a Town Council that listens, adapts, and grows alongside those we serve.

As Pasir Ris-Changi Town Council, we are proud to carry forward a legacy of public service while embracing the opportunities ahead. This is more than a change in name–it's a reaffirmation of our mission: to serve with integrity, lead with heart, and create a home where every voice matters.
